From time to time Investor Resources Network (IRN) may have contests or promotions which may include winning prizes of material or financial value. We will always run contests and promotions with clearly explained instructions and disclaimers. We will always fairly award the prize or prizes using the utmost in integrity and ethics, always creating an independent panel of people responsible for making an award according to the parameters of the contest or promotion.
The prize will be held in trust by the independent panel responsible for awarding the prize and will at no time be partial to any party. Awards are made strictly on the basis of drawing the name and member number of a winning party independent of all else.
At no time is Investor resources network responsible for damages arising from a contest or promotion, the way award is made, or as to a party award is made to. No claims or demands will be made against IRN, arising from disputes or indifferences of how award’s are made or who their made to.
All awards are determined by an independent panel of three or more IRN associates (Employees) and are drawn at random from a spin-able container capable of mixing all entries thoroughly prior to drawing any winning tickets.All winning tickets are final and the independent panel has the final say without regard to any internal or external influences. Investor Resources Network (IRN) has the right to use without compensation the name and likeness of the winners for any advertising or promotional cause used to market IRN or its internet site.
