As a member IRN encourages you to due you’re due diligence prior to entering into any business transaction. You are encouraged to educate yourself, do your own research or at least hire the right professional to insure you are taking care of all legal and business requirements.
As a Investor Resources Network (IRN) member
- I promise not to discriminate against anyone with regard to race, color, religion, age, national origin, gender, handicap, or familial status.
- I promise to practice business in a legal and ethical manner and always conduct business in a professional and honest manner.
- I am willing to contribute to, build business relationships, stay active and encourage other members to do the same.
- I will not knowingly make any promises I am unable or unwilling to keep, and keep any promises that I do make.
- I will whenever possible provide assistance to fellow IRN members and encourage other members to do the same.
- I will not defame, slander, libel or impugn Investor Resources Network (IRN), or do anything that will misrepresent Investor Resources Network (IRN), make any profit unduly from any inappropriate business or personal use of Investor Resources Network’s (IRN) image.
- I will make sure to exercise care and due diligence in all my business transactions.
- I will keep myself informed of all local, state and federal laws related to my business and educate myself on matters affecting the real estate industry and your investment community.
- I will not pressure, make threats of any kind, or harass any other member in any form.
- I understand that all aspects of the real estate profession are represented within our membership.

Investor Resources Network has the authority to deny, revoke or suspend at its sole discretion the membership of any member that engages in activities contrary to this Code of Ethics or contrary to the best interests of Investor Resources Network (IRN) or the real estate investment industry.Investor Resources network has the right to add, remove, update or change any items listed in the code of conduct rules at any time. IRN will due everything in its power to communicate any changes to our members via E-mail’s, Blog’s and Member Forum’s or any other forms or communication we feel fits our business model.
