Is there any limit to size for the back up?
95% of the sites take less than 1GB space on any hosting. This price covers upto 5GB size of website. If your site size is more than 5GB, we are more than willing to back it up every week for an additional $10/GB a month.

Does this package cover only one site or multiple sites?
This package covers only one website at a time. Imagine if you have four sites. All your monthly maintenance hours will be spent on just backing up and there will be nothing left to work on any of the site's maintenance.

What if I need my back up immediately for any reason?
With in 24 to 48 hours, we will send you a link to the latest weekly back up. From there you will be able to download all your files and database. If you need us to configure your site and backup on your server, No problem. We will be more than happy to do so and apply the credit hours towards this effort. Credit hours required to do this job depends on the size and complexity of the site.

How do I know what my credit hours are being used for?
Basically you notify us every month how you'd like to utilize your credit hours, with the exception of the 2 standard hours a month required to process weekly backups of your files. You?ll be able to monitor change requests by actually noticing the changes being made. SEO work is slightly more difficult to quantify and show live results as it's an ever-evolving process.

What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel your monthly package at any time prior to the 1st of month of the next payment, otherwise your account will be charged. Unfortunately we don't issue refunds due to the expenses incurred.

What if I need more than 10 hours work every month?
Whether you need just a few extra hours 1 month or on a regular basis we can customize a package for you. Our regular hourly rate is $50/hr but we can make sure that you get the most out of your buck by customizing a package deal for you. Just send us a message and we'll work something out.
