What are you payment terms ?
50% down payment and 50% when the site is signed off. There is a $99.95 a year fee for hosting, domain name, maintenance, bug fixing and weekly backups. This is a fee you always pay no matter where you host your site. If it's not us, someone else will be charging you this money. We rather keep your business with us.

I already have a domain Name ?
This is good if you already have a domain name. If you don't, we will get you one and that's part of the $99.95/year fee. If you already own one, we will be very happy to configure your site on your domain name.

Do you provide any training ?
Upon, completion, we provide a complete walk through of the CMS system. We also provide you email and phones support to answer all your questions.

What is a turnaround time ?
Once the look and feel is signed off, it usually takes not more than 2 weeks to finish up the website. However, the time frame also depends on how quickly you provide us the contents of your site.

Do I get the source code ?
You get the source code of the front end of your site. However content management system is proprietary and the source code is not provided for it. Our custom website solution is a hosted solution. It other words, we are your hosting and domain company as well. One Stop Shopping! If you don't want to host your site with us, this is absolutely fine as well. We will give you the source code and files on the front end and you will be able to load those files to your hosting company.

Do you have any warranty on your code ?
Yes - We give a life time warranty on our code. In case a bug pops up down the road, we will fix it at no cost.

How do I communicate on the project ?
We have a project management tool. All the discussion and files related to the project is hosted on that project management tool. You have password protected access to your account to view the progress and submit a support ticket.

How do I communicate about the look and feel of my site to your team ?
We usually do a creative session with you on the phone and have you fill out a simple form http://istartus.com/send-query.php. Once we have this information, we create a mock up. You can request up to five revisions.

Is the look custom or you guys buy a template ?
We never buy a template. In fact we hate templates. We create the look right from the scratch. After all we are a custom web design company.
